Course Description

Identification, analysis, design, and evaluation of feasible solutions to some applied problem in the ORIE field. A formal report and oral defense of the approach and solution are required.

Comments This is the first part of a yearlong course. The second part will be offered as ORIE 5981 in the spring. Students must take both ORIE 5980 and ORIE 5981 to complete the course and receive a final grade.
