Course Description

Mandatory course for all first-year Ph.D. students in the Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. An ongoing orientation and mentoring seminar for first-year Ph.D. students that includes research presentations by faculty and students as well as discussions and assignments on such topics as academic ethics, writing technical papers, and publishing.
