  • Describe the main philosophical frameworks used in animal ethics and compare and contrast the may factors that influence decisions about animal use and reflect on your own ethical judgements.
  • Recognize an ethical issue (as opposed to opinion, fact, emotion, etc.).
  • Understand your stance on production animal ethical issues and how to present your argument.
  • Demonstrate appropriate written and oral communication skills and your ability to work effectively as part of a team.
