This course provides students with the opportunity to increase their proficiency in oral and written French through one of three possible avenues: Composition and Conversation; French through Film; and French through the News. Students will write frequent short papers, give oral presentations, and participate actively in the discussion of cultural content from the Francophone world.


Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: FREN 2095 or CASE Q++.

Forbidden Overlaps Forbidden Overlap: students may not get credit for FREN 2180 if they have previously taken French 3010, 3050, or 3130.
