This is a comprehensive course in intermediate Romanian language. The course guides students through the intermediary levels of reading, writing, speaking and understanding Romanian. The course aggregates around a "city theme" where students need to perform all the social and linguistic tasks required to live comfortably with cultural understanding in a Romanian city. The students do extensive group and pair work, thus developing a comfortable learning routine where they can assess their own progress. There is extensive use of cultural artifacts and media.
