This course is open to experienced rappers, beatmakers, and vocalists interested forging collaborative relationships with other students. We will construct and analyze playlists of inspirational material, identifying specific hip-hop compositional strategies for creating beats and rhymes on a theme, and will use these tools to create and workshop our own collaborative tracks in weekly meetings.
